Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm. We do have a rental associate available after hours or in case of an emergency.
Check in time is 2 pm and check out is 12 noon.
All our properties are Non-Smoking. We do have designated smoking areas.
No. We do not require a signed Rental Agreement.
Yes. Arrangements can be made , based on availability.
Yes. We have a 3 night minimum, based on availability.
Studio Apt. 1-2 persons, 1 BR 1-2 persons, 2 BR 2-4 persons, 3 BR no more than 6 persons.
Yes. The rates are based on single occupancy.
Each location has a courtyard or common area with a propane grill, fire pit and seating.
All properties have flat screen TV's in the living area and bedrooms. A DVD player is also provided with each TV.
Yes. We do have a Pet Policy that each guest must sign before arrival. There is a pet deposit of $125.00 and a pet fee of $25.00 per month.
Yes. We have a pickup time of 8 am and in most cases will return the same day by 4 pm.
Yes. We provide weekly housekeeping. You can set up schedule upon arrival.
Some of our properties have in unit washers and dryers. Others have on site laundry facilities.
Yes. All properties have an iron and ironing board.
Billing can be done weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Yes. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Yes, We do offer Corporate Billing. Arrangements must be made prior to arrival.
Yes. Large packages will be put inside of your apartment / house.
